The Complete Birth Preparation Course

A 3-session course for couples, designed to give you knowledge, tools, and confidence before birth and parenthood.

During the course, we cover:

• Stages of labor – how to recognize them, what happens at each stage, and what you can do.

• Coping with pain – breathing techniques, movement, and emotional support.

• Partner’s role – how to be an active, supportive presence.

• Postpartum recovery – what to expect in the first hours and days after birth.
